Real Estate Management and Consulting Company Bonus was established in 2006 in Tbilisi. The main activity of the company is preparation of construction projects for developers.
Bonus offers citizens to help them in measuring off works of real estate, search documents for registration and all services related to immovable property. The company cares for its customer comfort and creates a full package for them.
As to current data, the company serves more than 50,000 clients, which is quite a growing number.
It is noted that the Bonus is the only real estate management company in Georgia. The personnel staff is highly qualified and has many years’ experience in this work.
Bonus was involved in the project: “New Life of Old Tbilisi” and participated into the first, second and third stages. The project started in 2009 and the main goal of the project was rehabilitation of Old Tbilisi, improvement of living conditions for the population, stimulation of construction business, e.c. It should be said that participation into the program was voluntary and the population was informed about the works. In the frames of “New Life of Old Tbilisi” many unsafe buildings were reconstructed.
Bonus is the only company that has been involved in the project “Renovated Tbilisi” since 2008, which includes improvement of Khrushchevsky and so-called Italian yards. The main goal is demolition of damaged buildings and creating better conditions for the population.
Since the 50s of the twentieth century, new districts have been added to the Urban Tissue of Tbilisi and its development was going faster. At this time the experimental project ” Khrushchevsky ” was created. The main goal was to build houses as quickly and economically as possible. Khrushchevsky were build with defined size of panels that reduced ceiling height (there was a joke that Nikita Khrushov has ordered his own standards). Khrushchevsky is not provided with elevators and balconies at the first time. These types of apartments created a political idea and was said that Khrushchevsky should be used by the Soviet population for spending a night. Khrushchevsky was calculated for 25 years and it has been replaced in the 80s. Unfortunately, date of this project has been expired. Khrushchevsky conditions are complicate for so-called additions.
As for houses known Italian yard, which we meet in the old districts of Tbilisi, the situation looked so alarming. Most of them are damaged.
After consent of population Bonus measures up their apartment (it is considered that the old apartments was measured up differently and some part of it shall be listed in base of registration), collects documents that are required for registration, making the project and offering the construction company. After that the population receives a renovated apartment, where security measures are protected and comfort is created.

In the future, Bonus aims to negotiate with the residents of all the hazard buildings in Tbilisi to create better conditions. Bonus cares for environmental development and creating modern standards for the city.
